Scope

These Career Terms apply when you browse open roles, submit an application, or otherwise participate in Kabim Technologies's hiring process. They supplement our Privacy Policy and general Terms of Use.

Submitting an application

When you apply, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring that any resume, portfolio, or work samples you share do not violate third-party confidentiality or intellectual property rights.

Hiring process

Our typical process may include application review, screening calls, technical or design assessments, interviews, and reference checks. We reserve the right to modify steps by role, skip stages when appropriate, or close a posting at any time without notice.

Receiving an interview invitation does not guarantee an offer. All employment decisions remain at our sole discretion and subject to successful completion of any required checks.

How we use application data

Information submitted during hiring is used to:

• Evaluate your qualifications for the role you applied for and related openings.
• Communicate with you about your application status.
• Maintain records required for compliance and internal reporting.
• Improve our recruiting experience with aggregated, non-identifying insights.

Retention of applications

Unless you request deletion sooner, we may retain application materials for up to twenty-four months so we can reconsider you for future roles. You may ask us to remove your data at any time by emailing our careers contact.

Offers and employment

Any employment offer will be made in a separate written agreement outlining compensation, role, location, and terms of employment. Nothing on our careers pages constitutes a contract of employment.
